The Grade Appeal Policy has been approved by the University Senate on April 12, 2022. The policy establishes a process for students to redress their concerns about certain academic decisions made by faculty. Use this webform to submit a written grade appeal to the Associate Vice President for Academic Programs and Dean of Graduate and Undergraduate Studies. The form is reviewed by the Grade Appeal Committee (a subcommittee of the Student Grievance Committee).
